We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can access our Return and Exchange Portal and follow the instruction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with all the packaging protective parts you find in the box.

You’ll also need proof of purchase.

After your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, mostly we will try to pick up the box at your address to make you more comfortable or at the closest drop off point. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and not refunded.

We will issue the refund within 5 business days we have received the item back in our warehouse, after verification on the item and packaging. 

Please be aware that shipping costs for returns, if any, will be not refunded, with an exception made in case of the damaged or defective item received and claimed within 30 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.

The item is Damaged or Defective? Did you get the Wrong Item?   Don't worry.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
As always in life, mistakes can happen, but we are, and we will always be on the customer's side to help and solve any issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
